Holiday Food Baskets
The Monticello Lions Club provides holiday food baskets for those in need.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

Since we are a Monticello, Minn. club, we service Monticello School District addresses. If you have any other address, please contact your local food shelf for assistance.

We only deliver to the disabled with Monticello School District addresses and on-time registrations.

Your registration form must be submitted electronically, post marked and sent to the Lions, OR received by the Help Center by December 7 to be considered “on time” and receive a basket.

If your registration is late but gets to the Help Center or into the Lions mailbox by December 13, you are a “late registration”. Late registrations will be offered leftover baskets on a first come, first served basis after on-time registrations have been served.

Late registration people may come at 10:45 a.m. to receive possible left-over baskets on a first come, first served basis.
Pick-up will be at Dahlheimer’s Distributing at 3360 Chelsea Road West, Monticello, MN on Saturday, December 14, 2024. (Take Hwy 25 south and turn west (R) at Chelsea Rd., which is right after Cornerstone Chevrolet. Go about 1 mile and look for “Lions” signs.)
To help us work smoothly, please try to arrive at your assigned time. If you cannot make it at your assigned time, you may come at any of the times. If you come after 10:45 a.m., you will be in the “late registration” line.
If you cannot make it at any of the assigned times, someone else may pick up your basket for you (see the form below).
We close up at 11:00 a.m. If you forget, call Lion Glenn after 11:00 a.m. on December 14 at 612-669-9344. If any baskets are left, it is first come, first served. You may also call Lion Glenn with any other questions.
